Pre-Order & Shipping
This is a pre-order item. Orders ship within 8–12 weeks of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
What is GIOVANNI RICH?
GIOVANNI RICH is a private luxury house built around refined objects and presentation. Each release is designed with restraint, weight, and permanence in mind. The House does not chase volume. It creates limited objects for those who understand the difference between ownership and access.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices on giovannirich.com are in USD United States Dollars.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
All GIOVANNI RICH Catalogue items are currently available for pre-order. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks from your order date for production and fulfillment. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email within 3 to 5 business days of shipment. For order inquiries please email info@giovannirich.com
Can I get a refund on my order?
All pre-orders are final sale. Because each order is produced specifically for our clients we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at info@giovannirich.com and we will make it right with a replacement or solution.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your pre-order before production begins typically within 48 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation please email info@giovannirich.com with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellations requested after production has begun cannot be accommodated.
I entered an incorrect shipping address. What do I do?
Please email info@giovannirich.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee address changes.
How long does shipping take?
GIOVANNI RICH ships within the United States only at this time. Once your pre-order is fulfilled and your order ships please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?
Yes. GIOVANNI RICH specializes in private luxury corporate gift sets for executives and businesses. Custom orders of 25 sets or more are available with branded packaging options. For corporate gifting inquiries please email info@giovannirich.com
