All prices on giovannirich.com are in USD — United States Dollars.

I just placed an order — when will it ship?
All Giovanni Rich products are currently available for pre-order. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks from your order date for production and fulfillment. Once the order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3 to 5 business days of shipment. For order inquiries, please email info@giovannirich.com

Can I get a refund on my order?
All pre-orders are final sale. Because each order is produced specifically for our clients, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@giovannirich.com, and we will make it right with a replacement or solution.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your pre-order before production begins — typically within 48 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email info@giovannirich.com with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellations requested after production has begun cannot be accommodated.

I entered an incorrect shipping address — what do I do?
Please email info@giovannirich.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes.

How long does shipping take?
Giovanni Rich ships within the United States only at this time. Once your pre-order is fulfilled and your order ships, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?

Yes. Giovanni Rich specializes in private luxury corporate gift sets for executives and businesses. Custom orders of 25 sets or more are available with branded packaging options. For corporate gifting inquiries please email info@giovannirich.com
