Each piece is produced to order. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks from your order date for production and delivery. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email within 3 to 5 business days.

All preorders are final sale. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at info@giovannirich.com and we will make it right.
